I am a stager and I always tell my clients, if you are priced so high that no one is coming to see your home, it really doesn't matter what it looks like. Smart marketing is a complete package - price, preparation, staging, advertising, etc. If you leave one part out, you're leaving money on the table! Great advice Rex! I agree, you are spot on!
